Ngalame Empower Psychiatry provides telepsychiatry services — evaluation, diagnosis, and medication management — for patients located in Colorado, Florida, Kansas, Minnesota, Nevada, New York, and Washington State. Communications through this opt-in program do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and do not establish a provider-patient relationship until care is formally initiated. Virtual care is not appropriate for medical emergencies — if you are experiencing a mental health emergency, call or text 988 or call 911.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ngalame Empower Psychiatry shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website, our opt-in program, or our communications.
Your use of this website and opt-in form is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or messaging program after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
